What are the requirements to rent a property?

To ensure a high-quality living experience for all our residents, Villarreal Residential Management (VRM) follows a strict qualification process.

Minimum Requirements:

Credit Score: 650 or higher.
Income: Monthly gross income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
Verification: You must provide your ID and two most recent pay stubs.
Background Check: A full criminal and eviction history check is required for all applicants over 18.

Security Deposit:

Note: Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval, but failing to meet them will result in an automatic denial.
